Program on Ethiopian Children's Organization

The Ethiopian director of the Onesimus Children Development program, Nega Meaza, will be at Iowa Wesleyan College on Thursday, February 7, at 11 a.m. to share stories and engage in conversation with the campus and community about his organization and work.

The Onesimus Children Development Association is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) in Addis Ababa that seeks to rescue Ethiopia’s children at risk (primarily street children), ensuring they remain in or return to a loving home by providing holistic programs that meet their physical, emotional, developmental and spiritual needs. (theforsakenchildren.org) The Onesimus Children Development Association is a partnership project of The Forsaken Children project, a faith-based organization with a home office in Germantown, TN.

The program will be in the Science Hall Auditorium. It is open to the public.
