Full-time
Full-time enrollment and tuition charge is 12 to 18 credit hours.
To receive Iowa Wesleyan Institutional aid you must be enrolled in 12 credit hours.
Eligibility for Iowa Wesleyan merit/talent and need-based aid for full-time students entering directly from high school is four years. Students transferring to Iowa Wesleyan are awarded the remaining number of semesters according to their classification during their first semester of attendance.
Part-time
Part-time enrollment and tuition charge is 1-11 credit hours.
State and Federal aid, if eligible, is pro-rated.
No institutional aid is available for Part-time enrollment.
Stafford Loans are available if enrolled in 6 or more credits.
Extended Learning
Extended Learning is charged per credit hour. There is no Full-time rate.
Federal and State aid, if eligible is prorated.
Extended Learning students are not eligible for institutional aid.
Stafford Loans are available if enrolled in 6 or more credits.
Summer
No Institutional financial aid is awarded for summer courses.
Pell grant is available, if eligible.
Stafford Loans are available as long as your yearly eligibility has not been used and you are enrolled in at least 6 credits.
