STUDENT PORTAL ACCESS
Now that you have been accepted for admission, you will want to access your student portal and activate your student e-mail account.
Your student portal on the CAMS network will allow you to track important documents, view your financial aid information and course schedules. When you log onto the student portal, you will need the username and password sent in your acceptance package.
Students accepting their offer of admission to Iowa Wesleyan College should submit their $100 enrollment deposit. This amount is applied toward the first semester’s tuition and must be paid prior to course registration. After you pay your enrollment deposit, you will be able to access your Iowa Wesleyan College e-mail account. This will allow you to stay completely connected with everything happening on campus.

All new first-year and transfer students entering Iowa Wesleyan College must provide a written confirmation from their family physician that the student has the following:

- Documentation of immunization for MMR after 1980 or
- Written recommendation from your physician that you should not receive the MMR immunization at this time.
Residential students must submit their immunization records and TB skin test results prior to moving onto campus. Students not submitting records will not be allowed to move into campus housing.
SUMMER REGISTRATION DAYS
Attending one of the Summer Registration events will be an important step for you to take before coming to Fall Orientation in August. During Summer Registration, you will work with a faculty advisor to select your fall semester classes, meet with students and staff from areas across campus, and get acquainted with your future classmates. It will also provide you the opportunity to work out all the final details before you officially become an Iowa Wesleyan student this fall.
Summer Registration days will be held on Friday, June 21 and Friday, July 26. Sign-up online to reserve your spot during one of our summer events!
Course registration for new transfer students will be held during Summer orientation, or will occur on an individual basis. All transfer students will be assigned an academic advisor as soon as they submit their enrollment deposit. Contact the Office of Admissions to pay your enrollment deposit and to schedule an appointment to register for your fall classes.
Be sure to check out this list to ensure a smooth transition as you prepare to enter Iowa Wesleyan College this fall. This list includes information regarding the need for final transcripts and outlines the required immunizations/tests for all new students.
Every student-athlete is required to have a physical examination before they can participate in any intercollegiate practice, conditioning, workout or event. The physical must be competed after June 1, 2013 and all physical forms must be signed or co-signed by a M.D. or D.O. Entering student-athletes will also need to complete the Assumption of Risk Form, Medical History Form, Sickle Cell Testing Form, Consent for Treatment of a Minor Form if you are under the age of 18, and the Student Profile Sheet.
