Field Experience (Internship) Deadlines
Students should make an appointment to see the Director of Field Experience early in their junior year. During the initial meeting with the Field Experience Director, the student receives a divisional folder with all relevant information. This folder contains forms (listed below) which must be completed by the student and signed by faculty in the student's major.
Preliminary Documentation (Interest Form). This form must be completed and submitted to the Field Experience Office by the end of the registration period for the semester in which the field experience is planned (early April for summer and fall experiences; early November for spring experiences).
For Summer and Fall 2013 Internships
Thursday, March 28, 2013 Interest forms are due in the Field Experience Office.
Approval of Experiences (Agreement Form) must happen no later than the end of the semester prior to the field experience work. This deadline refers to the end of regular classes (not the finals period).
For Summer and Fall 2013 Internships
Friday, April 26, 2013 Deadline date for approval of all Summer and Fall internships.
