GRADUATION
Congratulations to all of our graduating seniors - great job!! Many of you are working a full time job, raising families, cooking, cleaning, yard work - and on top of all that, finding time to go to school. With all of that going on, you still managed to juggle and sacrifice a lot to make it work. Congratulations again on a job well done, you did it!!

SUMMER HOURS
Beginning Friday May 10 and going through Friday August 2, IWC summer hours will be in effect. Monday through Thursday 8 am - 5 pm and Fridays 8 am - 12 pm.
MEMORIAL DAY
All offices at IWC will be closed Monday May 27 for Memorial Day. Enjoy the long holiday weekend and travel safely if you're going to be out on the roads.

FINANCIAL AID
Credit balances are based on current Fall-A and Fall-B registrations. ALL loans are disbursed at the beginning of the fall semester for both Fall-A and Fall-B registrations. Please make sure to plan for any changes in enrollment for either Fall-A or Fall-B, and set aside money for Fall-B books.

IWC USERNAME AND PASSWORD
It is now required that you get an IWC username & password as you'll need it to access your final grades for your course(s). If you don't currently have one, please sign up for one now. Go to our homepage and click on Extended Learning under Admissions + Enrollment in the middle of the page. From there click on Username+Password from the column on the right and follow the directions. Once you have your username & password you'll then need to access the IWC Student Portal at https://portals.iwc.edu/estudent. Your login username is iwc\ + your e-mail username, and the login password is the same as your e-mail password.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ACCESS TO FINAL GRADES
YOU NOW MUST HAVE AN IWC EMAIL ACCOUNT (username/password)
With the College conversion to a new data platform (CAMS) a whole new series of services are now available, among them is immediate access to your final grades. GRADE REPORTS ARE NO LONGER BEING MAILED TO YOU.
To obtain your final grades you must now have an IWC username and password (email account). You may obtain your username and password, by simply going to the IWC website at http://www.iwc.edu and clicking on Extended Learning under Admissions + Enrollment in the middle of the page. Then from the column on the right, click on Username+Password and follow the instructions.
Once you have your username and password, you can find your final course grades (when they have been posted) by accessing the IWC Student Portal. The address is: https://portals.iwc.edu/estudent. Your login username is iwc\ plus your email username. For instance, if your email username is pdoe (for Pat Doe), you would use iwc\pdoe - the login password is the same as your email password.
If you have problems logging into the portal, you can send an email to our IT office at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it containing your student id number, last, and first names and phone number. For security purposes, do not put your password in the email. If they need your password you will be contacted. Lastly, to obtain a manual for using the Student Portal, contact Dr. Kit Nip, IWC Chief Information Officer. (The Degree Audit option in the Student Portal is not yet ready for use). ALL ABOVE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE.
NIGHT TRACKS
You can now sign up to receive our Night Tracks by e-mail. Enter your name and e-mail below to subscribe - or you can go to our webpage and read Night Tracks which is updated the beginning of every month. This will give you information on things you need to know!
