Service Learning Reflective Analysis Worksheet

Please complete the following Reflective Analysis Worksheet for each service project you have completed.  It is important to note that students must seek approval before completing a service project through The Center for Service-Learning & Civic Engagement.  You must turn in this worksheet within two weeks after you have completed your service project.  Failure to turn in this worksheet within two weeks will result in a grade deduction and/or the inability to complete the capstone paper and exhibit.  The Reflective Analysis Worksheet will assist you in completing the structured learning process associated with your service project.  Please feel free to attach additional documentation if you believe it will add to the highlights and success of your service experience.  Remember, the Reflective Analysis Worksheet is worth a portion of your final service grade.  You must complete a Reflective Analysis Worksheet for each service project approved by the Director for Service-Learning and Civic Engagement.

Please save all your responses in a Word document first, refresh the page, and then copy and paste the text into each text box.
